I sometimes get to work from home, but lately lots of people who are fortunate enough to have a job that they can do remotely are able to work from home. I find myself putting my head down for hours and only getting up when nature calls or I realize I am hungry. This does not do well for my hips, butt, back, and everything else. Here is a workout I put together to stay active while working from home. Do each workout as many times as you can for 1 minute.
